Where they come from: Wally, Tino, Mia, Caramba and their Pedigree
Here you find the Bergamasco Pedigree not only of Wally's, Tino's, Mia's and Caramba's anchestors but hopefully also of your Bergamasco. At the moment there are about 8.600 dogs connected in the dataase behind.
The European dogs are all approved by the official studbooks. Most of them of course by the Italian ENCI, but also by the Swiss Kennelclub SKG and the German KfUH/ VDH. The data of the Swedish SKK and the Finnish FKK are published online.
In case your dogs are too young to be in it (< 1 1/5 years) you can look up their parents and see the anchestors in two parts.
The publication of these informations gains in importance,because the inbreeding coefficient is increasing continually if we don't go against this trend, because the gene-pool is so small!
